How do I work?

In first consultation, I carry an assessment to have full picture of situation and to diagnose the root problem. Then I create a tailored solution plan, based on holistic scientific knowledge of mental and behavioural functioning, which is easy to understand and implement.

The implementation stage may take form of ongoing coaching/consultations or tailored, practical online or in-house workshops.

In my coaching sessions I use integration of evidence based therapeutic approaches, asking influential questions, reflections as well as progress tracking tools (if needs be) to help achieve desired outcomes.

Consultations focus on more specific business problem which may include an overview of procedures, incentives, and structures from which I would extrapolate recommendations.
About me
I work as consultant, coach and workshop facilitator on high performance, wellbeing, and leadership/management. I hold BSc in Psychology (BPS Accredited) at University of Sheffield and MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences at University College London and have over 6 years of experience in mental health/psychology field which include areas such as psychological assessments, workplace adaptations for neurodiversity, mental health and performance coaching and workshops, implementation of service change in university and management of clinical teams. In my coaching and consulting practise I mainly worked with middle level managers in financial industry or small business owners by helping them realise how their rationalisations, incentive structures and their behaviours affect teams they manage or decisions they make.

Unlike others who focus on only unidimensional viewpoint of performance and wellbeing such as business, psychotherapy, or general coaching, I understand that everything we do as humans is interconnected with many levels- social, psychological, neuroscientific, environmental. Thus, I focus on holistic approach that tackles many or appropriate level(s).
Data driven
Often consultants provide advice which is not supported by data, objective measures or scientific knowledge thus the success of implementation of the advice is low or unknown. I maximize the chances of successful changes because I derive my recommendations based on objective sources of information such as data, and validated measures.
